In the Air

In July 2024, Emma performed in the first NYC reading of In the Air, a new dramedy by up-and- coming playwright, Emily Finn. In October 2025, they will be making their Off-Broadway debut in the world premiere production, reprising the role of Lot.

In the Air follows the story of Ellie, a waitress at a local chain restaurant, who is stuck with no memory from before her brother’s passing. But when a woman comes to town trying to open a local gallery, Elllie finds herself reliving all her forgotten memories, whether she’d like to or not. A dramatic comedy about community, family, and moving through grief, In the Air explores a relationship with art, loved ones, and oneself.
